Spartan Structures has full-time positions available for all levels of builders/construction laborers within our manufacturing facility. Duties include assisting in the production of a vast array of buildings from simple backyard storage buildings to turnkey modular buildings. Depending on experience and background, pay ranges from $15-$25 per hour. Benefits include paid vacation and holidays, along with health, dental, vision, and life insurance packages.
Job requirements:
- Little to no experience is required, we will train the right person
- Construction, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical experience are a plus
- Ability to learn new skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- A keen eye for detail
- Must possess good time management skills
- Ability to work independently with a results-driven approach
- Strong safety focus
- Positive attitude and team-oriented
