Skids – Depending on building size, skids range from double layered 2×6 to quadruple layered 2×6 skids, all constructed of ground contact treated lumber
Floor joists – 2×6 joists 16-inch on center. Floor joists can be upgraded to treated lumber as well.
Wall Studs – 2×4 studs 24-inch on center. Studs can be upgraded to 16” on center.
Rafters – 2×4 rafters, 48-inch on center. 14-foot and wider buildings are constructed of 2×6 rafters. Rafters can be upgraded 16-inch on center.
Floors – ⅝ tongue and groove plywood can be upgraded to ¾ with Advantech and treated options available.
Metal – Our standard 29 gauge metal is available in 15 different colors to choose from and can be upgraded to 26 gauge, along with 7 additional premium colors that are only available in 26 gauge.
Windows – Buildings up to 12-foot in length come with one 30×27 window, longer buildings have two 30×27 windows included.
